  • Momedic is proud of the durability and quality of the products we offer. If your product is faulty in any way we will accept your returns within 12 months of your purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement product.

    Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment the order was placed on.

    Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
