Frequently Asked Questions
Why Momedic?
Momedic dispensers were designed with healthcare professionals in mind. Our users have reported an increase in frequency of hand hygiene because of our products. In environments where there is limited access to wall dispensing sanitisers, our dispensers allow for ease of use through their ergonomic and simple design.
Momedic dispensers allow for discrete sanitising without the need to remove a cap or interrupt what you are doing. Our user testing has shown Momedic dispensers make hand hygiene significantly quicker.
Our dispensers also help you to reduce your single use plastic waste.

The external areas of the dispenser can be cleaned with a disinfectant wipe as required.
If the inside of the dispenser becomes contaminated or you are changing varieties of Alcohol based hand rub, it is recommended the dispenser be emptied, then cleaned with warm soapy water. The dispenser should then be allowed to dry thoroughly prior to refill.
